PPAMS ROAD SHOW POSTPONED

Show currently under discussion by the board of directors.

Due to local mandates and regulations we are not going to be able to hold our Road Show on its traditional August dates. Currently Memphis and Chattanooga aren't allowing gatherings of more than 50 people and Nashville caps theirs at 25. Additionally, our Nashville venue (the State Fairgrounds) informed us yesterday that they will not be hosting events in August.

We're not giving up! PPAMS is committed to helping our members get back to business and believes that a tradeshow could be a boost to that effort. Of course, we want to make sure that everything we do is beneficial to our members and is done in the safest and healthiest manner possible. Click here to view our COVID-19 Action Plan for the Road Shows.

Our Tradeshow Committee has identified several options for our Road Show and we’re currently soliciting input from past exhibitors and attendees. We’re having a Zoom meeting with interested stakeholders on Tuesday 7/21 and the PPAMS Board will meet on Wednesday 7/22. We hope to have a decision at that time about this fall’s Road Show.
